Ray Harryhausen – Mythical Menagerie Gallery Opening

On July 28, The Science Museum Oklahoma as we unveils their newest smART Space exhibition, “Ray Harryhausen – Mythical Menagerie.” This comprehensive exhibition of the original models, prototypes, bronzes, sketches and storyboards of the fantasy films of stop-motion animation pioneer Ray Harryhausen will open to the public July 29 to Dec. 3, 2017. The exhibition is the first of its kind in the U.S. and will include original art and models from five 20th century Harryhausen classics: “Clash of the Titans,” “The 7th Voyage of Sinbad,” “Jason and the Argonauts,” “The Golden Voyage of Sinbad” and “Sinbad and the Eye of the Tiger.” This gallery opening is free and open to the public.
