The 2017 OKC 48 Hour Film Project

On Friday July 21, The 48 Hour Film Project returns to OKC for the OKC 48 Hour Film Project. The project assigns teams and filmmakers a character, prop, line of dialogue and a genre to make a movie within. Teams will then make their films in Oklahoma City and the surrounding areas with films being given a 48 hour time limit to run from scripting all the way to competition. Teams will have a single weekend to write, shoot and edit their short films! On Friday, July 21, at 7pm more than 30 OKC teams will learn their elements before heading off to the races! If you see filmmakers around the city filming , don't forget to be supportive and courteous of their film needs. The screenings of these short films will be held the following weekend, July 30th, the Oklahoma City Farmer's Market at 4pm.
